Michelle is a pragmatic professional with 18  years of experience aligning operational improvement with business strategy in health care, financial services, government and energy. 

Michelle collaboratively assesses, designs and implements plans for process, technology and organizational change at industry leaders including CUNA Mutual Group, Fleet Bank, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, CIBC, and Kaiser Permanente. 

She has managed projects with budgets up to $1m per month, up to 30 team members, with impacts to thousands of employees and customers.  She is know for her approachability, creativity and "making change stick".

She has built partnerships with professionals in strategy, finance, marketing, IT and human resources to ensure clients have access to deep operational knowledge across the "silos".
